Let everything that has breath and every breath of life praise the Lord! Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!) Psalms 150:6 (AMPC)

One of the great moments of Evangel Life is our worship. As we gather for each service we focus on our highest reason for being – to worship Him.

Jesus teaches us that the Father actively seeks the hearts of men longing for those who will worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:23, 24). Our worship at Evangel seeks to fulfill His deepest desire. Not only are our services filled with worship but our message is to instill within hearts a relationship that nurtures a heart of worship that is reflected daily in our walk with Him.

The greatest joy is found in His presence for the psalmist has said that “in His presence is fullness of joy….” He has also said that “He ( the Father) inhabits the praises of His people….) At Evangel we actively seek His presence and pleasure through our adoration in worship to Him. We can also say that we are rewarded richly
each time for we experience His presence and power.

I close by reminding you that the greater experiencing of His power and presence
is revealed when our gathering together has been preceded by a personal daily dwelling in His presence through worship.

May your knowing Him always be nurtured by never being satisfied with anything less than His presence.
